1. Who we are

This website is operated by eyesee tech LLC ("eyesee", "we", "us"). makes a smart-glasses system and software for people with low vision. Our contact details are in section 16. By using this website you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the fit check form, the partner form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, state, ZIP code, organization and role where relevant, the activities you select, your consent choices, and anything else you choose to write to us.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit, we and our partners automatically collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, language, referring website, search terms that brought you here, the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how long you stay, how far you scroll, and similar usage data, together with identifiers stored in cookies and similar technologies.
Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics partners, social media platforms, marketing and data providers, event organizers, referral partners and publicly available sources, and we may combine it with the information above.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage and similar technologies for three purposes: strictly necessary operation of the site, analytics and performance measurement, and marketing and advertising.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject everything that is not strictly necessary, or choose by category. Strictly necessary technologies always run because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing technologies run only if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and through your browser settings. We honor recognized opt out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where the law requires it.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to operate and secure the website, to answer your inquiry, to arrange and follow up on fit checks, to provide and improve our products and services, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • to send you marketing and promotional messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone and post
  • to advertise on other websites, apps and social platforms, including personalized, interest based and retargeted advertising
  • to build audiences and lookalike audiences and to measure how our advertising performs
  • to analyze how people find and use our website and to test different content, layouts and offers
  • to build profiles and segments so that what you see from us is more relevant to you
  • to conduct market research, business analytics, forecasting and product development
  • to train and improve our internal models and tools using data we hold
  • to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to comply with law and enforce our terms

5. Marketing messages

If you give us your details or consent through the banner or a form, we may send you marketing about products, events, offers and news. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, every SMS accepts STOP, and you can ask us to stop at any time at the addresses in section 16. We will still send you service messages that relate to an inquiry or an order you have made.

6. Advertising and analytics partners

We work with analytics and advertising providers who set their own cookies and receive information about your visit, including identifiers, device data and the pages you view. These providers may currently include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and similar platforms, and each uses the information under its own privacy policy as well as ours. Some of this activity is treated as "sharing" for targeted advertising, or as a "sale", under United States state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer, the cookie banner, or a Global Privacy Control signal.

7. When we share your information

We share information with service providers who work for us, including hosting, database, email, messaging, CRM, customer support, scheduling, payment and professional service providers; with the advertising and analytics partners described above; with distribution, clinical and rehabilitation partners where you ask us to arrange something with them; with our professional advisers; with a buyer or investor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets; and where we are required to by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public. We do not sell your information for money.

8. Health related information

This website is about vision products, so information you send us, and the fact that you visited these pages, can be treated as health related information under some laws. We do not ask you for a diagnosis or medical records on this website, and we do not send information about your eye condition to advertising platforms. Where the law requires your consent before we collect, use or share health related information, we ask for it separately and you can withdraw it at any time.

9. Retention

We keep your information for as long as you are a lead, a customer or in contact with us, and then for three years, after which we delete it or make it anonymous. We keep it longer only where the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website or database is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Where your information is handled

Our website, database and service providers are located in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from your own. Where the law requires it, we put safeguards in place for those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses, and you can ask us for details.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use sensitive information, to opt out of targeted advertising, profiling and any sale or sharing, to withdraw consent, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests and to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in Israel, you have the rights given by the Protection of Privacy Law. To exercise any right, write to us at the address in section 16 from the email address you gave us, and we will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorized agent.

13. Legal bases

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for marketing messages and non essential cookies, on the performance of a contract to answer your inquiry and supply our products, on our legitimate interests in running, protecting, analyzing and promoting our business, and on compliance with legal obligations.

14. Children

is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell you on the website or by email.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts of Pinellas County, Florida have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim there.
