Online orders, cancellations and refunds

A fit check is an opportunity to try eyesee. No sale, order, payment, deposit or purchase agreement takes place during a fit check. If you decide to purchase, you will complete your purchase separately through the eyesee online ordering process.

eyesee pricing starts at $4,995. The price for your order, and any applicable taxes or shipping charges, will be shown before payment.

Once an online purchase is completed, the sale is final. We do not accept voluntary cancellations or returns because a customer has changed their mind.

eyesee does not charge a restocking fee.

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact info@eyesee.now promptly. We will review the issue under applicable law and any written warranty provided with the product.

If we cannot ship your order within the time promised, we will notify you. You may accept the revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a full and prompt refund, as required by law.

Any approved or legally required refund will be returned to the original payment method. No restocking fee will be deducted.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
